Ana Gonzales bio
Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson comes from a musical family. Her childhood was spent listening to traditional, old boleros as well as traditional romantic and Ranchero songs. Ana loves opera and tangos, along with the dramatic shows that she attends. At age 16 she began to sing and study music with her mum. Flavio, a Mexican tenor of great renown began to provide her with more intense vocal instruction. Her music training continued in the School of Music of Guadalajara University. In the following years, she was a student at The School of Sacred Music of Toluca. As a student and being a young professional in Mexico City and Guadalajara she sang with several chamber groups and choruses. After 2000, she emigrated back to the United States and sang with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. Later, in 2007 she moved to her new home in Southern California. The singer currently sings the traditional Latin American songs at private occasions as a soloist. as a music teacher and musician she has volunteered for many projects in the community due to her enthusiasm and enthusiasm for music. Ana is also a past part of the Community Chorus of Redlands, the Inland Master Chorale, and the Performance Loft. Ana appreciates the opportunity to share her passion and enthusiasm for old-fashioned Latin American songs with others and, in the process hopes to instill a sense of, especially among younger generations, to help keep this tradition alive.Viva Mexico!
